Set up MoveWith for your team in just 5 minutes. Follow these steps to get everyone moving together.

Install the Slack Bot
Add MoveWith to your Slack workspace. This takes just a few seconds and requires workspace admin permissions.
- Click "Add to Slack" on our homepage or pricing page
- Review the permissions MoveWith needs
- Select the workspace where you want to install
- You'll be redirected to complete the setup

Connect Your Fitness App
Link your favorite fitness tracker or app to start syncing your activities automatically.
- Use /movewith connect in any Slack channel
- Choose from 300+ supported apps (Strava, Garmin, Fitbit, Apple Health, etc.)
- Authorize MoveWith to read your activity data
- Your activities will start syncing automatically

Sync Your Activities
Your activities sync automatically every few hours, but you can trigger a manual sync anytime.
- Activities sync automatically in the background
- Use /movewith sync to pull your latest workout immediately
- Use /movewith stats to see your monthly activity summary
- Steps, runs, rides, swims, and 300+ activity types are tracked

Join or Create a Challenge
The fun begins when you compete! Join an existing challenge or create one for your team.
- Use /movewith challenges to see active challenges
- Admins can create new challenges with custom goals
- Choose from company-wide, team, or individual competitions
- Track progress in real-time via Slack notifications
